A Holiday Lighted Tractor Parade
The Greater Greenwich Chamber of Commerce is hosting the first annual Holiday Lighted Tractor Parade, on Thursday, November 21, at 6:30. The parade will travel from Livery Square, west down Main Street. Tractors and themed wagons will be draped in festive holiday lighting, carolers will sing and the guest of honor, Santa Claus, will bring good cheer, to help kick off the holiday season. Entry forms are available at a variety of businesses in the area, the Chamber office and at greenwichchamber.org. This event also celebrates the 75th Anniversary of the Greenwich Chapter of Future Farmers of America (FFA).
Donations are encouraged: become a gold and silver sponsor, and be promoted with the parade. Call the Chamber for information. Dollars raised will help defray the cost of this event and other Chamber activities, and provide a scholarship for a Greenwich Central School graduating senior pursuing a college education in agriculture.
