An Evening of Hollywood Tales with Jonathan Goldsmith
Jonathan Goldsmith, Vermont resident and actor best known for his iconic role as ‘The Most Interesting Man in the World’ in the Dos Equis commercials, will be hosting ‘An Evening of Hollywood Tales’ beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, at the Eagles Club on Route 11 in Manchester Center. Goldsmith is sending out an open invitation to join him for this very rare, one-time event, where he will share some of his own stories that have spanned over half a century of television and film acting. A $10 suggested donation will be collected at the door.
The Friends to Re-elect Steve Berry and Transition-Town Manchester are sponsoring the event as a fundraiser for the Community Food Cupboard’s ‘Food for the Holidays’ program. For all those interested in joining him, Goldsmith would love to share a drink, take some pictures and answer your questions on his extensive show business career. He has acted in over 350 television shows – from Gunsmoke to Dallas, Hang’em High to Bonanza, The A-Team to Mission Impossible, Charlie’s Angels to Knight Rider – as well as films and one of the longest-running and best-received television advertisements in US history.
