Arlington H.S. Hosts Talent Show
Arlington Memorial High School will present its annual Talent Show and Café Night on Tuesday, October 8, at 7 p.m., in the Mack Multi-Purpose Room at Fisher Elementary School. Admission for the evening is $3 for the general public, and free for children under 12. Proceeds from the evening help offset the costs for the annual chorus trip to Proctors Theatre and students’ acceptance fees to District, State and All New England chorus competitions.
Hosted by the high school and middle school choruses, the Talent Show offers a varied line-up of musicians and performers, including vocalists Mike Keough and Sarah Solari as well as dance troupes Wild Country Cloggers and Sahidi Sisters Tribal Dancers.
Arlington Music/Theatre Teacher and Choral Director Patti Cody encourages everyone to support this worthy cause. “Café Night is a casual evening of relaxing with friends and enjoying great entertainment. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and the proceeds truly help our student artists.”
