Arlington Village Farmers’ Market

The Arlington Village Farmers’ Market will be held in both Bailey Hall and Dunlap Hall at the Federated Church of East Arlington, 102 Ice Pond Road, on December 7. Patrons will find it conveniently accessible from both Warm Brook Road and Old Mill Road with plenty of parking. The Arlington 4-H Club will staff the Community Coffee Shop, providing hot coffee, cocoa, and sweet treats as a fundraising opportunity for their activities. The weekly Artists’ Corner will feature Bryan Richheimer’s bird sculptures and Merri Van Orden’s jewelry. There will also be vendors selling produce, candies, cheese, preserves, meats, evergreen wreaths, gingerbread houses, candles, honey and more. The Martha Canfield Library will be giving out free children’s books at their table. Your kids can each choose one, sit and read it while you shop, and then bring it home with them. Proceeds from vendor fees will benefit the Federated Church OF East Arlington which, in addition to its faith ministry, provides numerous charitable contributions to the Arlington area community.
