Bennington Free Library to Host Holiday Activities
Adults, families, and children with caregivers are invited to come to the Bennington Free Library, 101 Silver Street, Bennington, on Saturday, December 15, for two programs for all ages. From 1 to 3 p.m. make festive pine cone ornaments and watch a recent movie from 2 to 4 p.m. Sponsored by SVMC’s Community Health Project, this activity will feature seasonal smoothies made with a smoothie bike and will be hosted by the project coordinator, a local AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow. Starting at 2 p.m. watch a recent movie (rated PG) about a working class family man who encounters his childhood bear friend and rediscovers the joys of life.
