Downtown Bennington transforms into a festival of arts, crafts, activities, food and entertainment on Saturday, May 28. Open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the event will feature over 125 crafters and artisans from throughout New England. School Street will be lined with ethnic treats including Indian, German, Thai, and American. You’ll also find favorites such as fried dough, gourmet seafood, wood-fired pizza, barbecue, blooming onions, ice cream and more! There will also be lots of kid’s activities, contests and games, including a dunking booth, the 4-H shooting range, a bouncy house, face painting and more. While you’re downtown, stop by the over 45 great shops and over ten restaurants that make up the neighborhood. There’s free admission and free parking throughout the day.
