Bennington Museum to Screen Movie Filmed in Local Area

Award-winning director Jay Craven will present his most recent Vermont film, ‘Northern Borders,’ at 7:30 p.m., Friday, July 18, at the Bennington Museum.  The screening, which includes an introduction and post-film discussion led by Craven, takes place in the Ada Paresky Education Center. Tickets are $12 general admission, $10 for seniors and $5 for students, available at the door.

‘Northern Borders’ stars Bruce Dern and Geneviève Bujold, who have both received Academy Award, Golden Globe and Emmy nominations.  Bujold has won an Emmy and Golden Globe. The film also stars Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick and 2010 Tony Award nominee Jessica Hecht. The supporting cast includes John Shea, Jay O. Sanders, Mark Margolis, Tom Bodett, Rusty Dewees, and John Rothman.
