Bob Milne Boogies at the Arkell
The Southern Vermont Arts Center welcomes back world-renowned ragtime and boogie-woogie pianist Bob Milne to its Arkell Pavilion for an exciting evening of music on Saturday, August 29, starting at 7:30 p.m. This will be Milne’s third performance at SVAC in as many years.
His infectious energy and toe-tapping music led him to be declared a National Treasure by the Library of Congress, where he was interviewed, filmed and archived for future generations. An active Musical Ambassador, Milne travels around the globe performing on behalf of the US Department of State, captivating audiences like the Swiss Parliament in Berne and performing in the Okinawan Islands of Japan.
