Broadway Talent Comes to Weston for a Free Concert

Weston Playhouse Theatre will light up a winter night with a free concert of songs from an exciting new musical performed by top Broadway talent. On Saturday, March 1, at 8 p.m., Heidi Blickenstaff of Broadway’s ‘The Addams Family,’ ‘The Little Mermaid’ and ‘The Full Monty’ will sing the lead in ‘String,’ supported by a stellar cast of Broadway actor/singers. Written by Sarah Hammond and Adam Gwon, ‘String’ is the winner of the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company’s eighth annual New Musical Award. Weston Playhouse is located at 12 Park Street, just off Route 100 in Weston, Vt. The hour-long concert will be followed by a brief reception. No reservations are necessary.
