‘Cabaret’ on Stage at Williams

Williams College Theatre Department is excited to present Fred Ebb and John Kander’s iconic ‘Cabaret.’ Set in the outrageously sexy Kit Kat Klub, the musical is based on the writings of Christopher Isherwood, on life in Berlin 1920 to 1933. ‘Cabaret’ is an amalgamation of several of his stories, which celebrate when Berlin, ignorant or willfully blind of the coming Nazi conflagration, became the most exciting, creative and depraved city in the world. Performances are Thursday through Saturday, November 21 to 23, at 7:30 p.m., on the ‘62 Center’s CenterStage, 1000 Main Street, Williamstown, Mass. Seating is limited. For tickets, $3, visit the Williams ‘62 Center Box Office Tuesday through Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m. 413-597-2425, 62center.williams.edu.
