Canoe Meadows Bird Walk

Spring and fall are the seasons to look for migrants of all kinds, especially the beautiful wood-warblers. Walk past wetlands and meadows and through woodlands observing changes in bird species each week.

On Friday, September 20, 8 to 10 a.m., Berkshire Sanctuaries is sponsoring a Bird Walk at Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary, on Holmes Road in Pittsfield, Mass. Noreen Mole, volunteer and Hoffmann Bird Club Past President, will lead this walk for adults. Preregistration is not required. The walk is free for members, $3 for non-members. Bring binoculars; beginners welcome.
