Rutland Song Circle

A song circle and jam session will be held Wednesday, July 20, at the Godnick Adult Center in Rutland from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. The song circle welcomes singers, players of acoustic instruments and listeners. Silver Griffins

It may be summer, but the Silver Griffins will be thinking snow when they gather at Bromley Mountain for their annual barbecue at 12 noon on Wednesday, August 10. The Silver Griffins are a friendly group of skiers, aged 60 and over, who gather at Bromley Lodge for socializing, comradery on the slopes and social events throughout the year. Skiers of all abilities are welcome to join for a modest fee that includes preferred parking, discounts in the cafeteria and ski shop, educational and festive activities, season-long ski tune-ups and more. Dorset Seniors

The Dorset Seniors will meet for luncheon at 12 noon on Thursday, July 28, at the Wilson House in East Dorset. there will be a 50/50 raffle. Reservations are required. Call Dotty Streeter at 802-867-4442 by July 25. The suggested donation is $3.50. All seniors are welcome.

Northshire Seniors

The Northshire Seniors are having a picnic luncheon at 12 noon on Monday, July 18, at the Catholic Church in Manchester. After the picnic we will have a teacup auction. Please bring items for the auction. Come and enjoy good food and have some fun.

Cambridge Valley Seniors

The Cambridge Valley Seniors will have a Basket Raffle on Saturday, July 23, at Jacob’s Well, 29 West Main Street, Cambridge, N.Y. Doors will open at 11 a.m., and drawings will take place at 1 p.m.  Lunch will be available for sale. For more information, call 518-677-2448.
