Danby Breakfast

Katherine Chapter 83, Order of the Eastern Star, will hold a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, July 24, from 7 to 10 a.m. It will be held at the Marble Lodge, 100 Main Street, Danby, and will feature pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and homemade doughnuts with juice and coffee. Arlington Flower Show

Arlington Garden Club celebrates 75 years with a Flower Show on Saturday, July 23, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Community House in Arlington. Arrangements will be inspired by flower shows through the years. Bennington Ice Cream Social

Turning Point Center will host an Ice Cream Social on Sunday, July 24, from 3 to 5 p.m., in the lower pavilion at Benningtons Willow Park. Bring the family to enjoy ice cream, desserts and fun with family and friends. Call 802-442-9700 with any questions.

Salem Spaghetti Dinner

A benefit dinner for Salem’s Lunch, Learn and Play summer children’s program will be held Thursday, July 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Salem Community Fellowship Church (the Central House building) on 224 Main Street in Salem, N.Y. The menu will include chicken parmesan, spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert and a beverage for $7 per dinner. Dining-in includes all-you-can-eat or take out is also available. Pawlet Fire Department Auction

The Pawlet Volunteer Fire Department is holding their annual auction on Thursday, July 28, beginning at 5:30 p.m. It is held at the Firehouse on Route 133 in Pawlet. There will be food available before and during the event. Come meet old friends, make new ones, have a little dinner and pick up some bargains! Remember to bring  a chair. Manchester Concert on the Green

The Bank of Bennington and the Town of Manchester present  the Julie Shea Band  in concert on Factory Point Green, Tuesday, July 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. Hotdogs, sausages, popcorn and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase. There is no smoking at the green, and all dogs must be leashed.
