‘Creation Garden’ is the first art show of the 2019 season at the Sandgate School House on Sandgate Road. It opens on with a reception from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 24. You can also visit on Saturday, May 25, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, May 26, from 10 to 5 p.m. Some of the proceeds from any sales will be donated to the Wuerslin-Stuecklen Arts Grant. Artist Patricia Hall picked up her first paint brush in 2003 at 56 years old when she took an adult education course. She attended the Community College of Vermont, graduating with an Associates Degree in Visual Arts in 2011. Later she obtained a Batchlor of Fine Arts from Green Mountain College in Poultney. Her art is also on display at Chauncey’s Restaurant in Arlington, along with that of other artists.
