The acclaimed Brasserie L’Oustau de Provence in Manchester Center will expand its menu under the skilled leadership of Chef de Cuisine, Michael Chandler, who attended the French Culinary Institute in NYC and trained in the kitchens of Mario Battali and Daniel Boulud. After his apprenticeship at Restaurant de Fourviere in Lyon, France, he joined the culinary team at Michelin three-star restaurant Jean-Georges, over subsequent years he has held sous chef positions at Mercer Kitchen and The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, most recently heading the kitchen at the Great Harbor Yacht Club on Nantucket as well as being a private chef. Chandler looks forward to incorporating his experience and understanding of traditional French cuisine
