Discussion to Explore Medical Marijuana and CBD

An educational program on medical marijuana and cannabidiol (CBD) will be held at the Manchester Community Library from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11. Ada Puches, community outreach coordinator for Champlain Valley Dispensary, will discuss the potential benefits of medical marijuana, how the application process works, and what requirements are needed to obtain medical marijuana. She will also provide information on non-intoxicating, over-the-counter CBD. This program is co-sponsored by Manchester Community Library and the Vermont Cancer Support Network (vcsn.net), with financial support from the Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society, to give individuals with cancer accurate information about these potentially helpful products. Anyone who would like information about medical uses of marijuana and CBD is welcome to attend. Questions? Contact VCSN at [email protected]
