Manchester Farmers Market

This week at the Manchester Farmers Market, Jill will be teaching kids how to make their own ice cream to eat right there. Art Farm will also be kicking off the PoP Club, where kids will get $2 to spend on any produce. Kids’ activities are completely free. Habitat for Humanity will be in the Community Tent and JM Kelley will be providing his fantastic tunes. Manchester Farmers Market is held on Thursdays from 3 to 6 p.m. in Adams Park, across from Gringo Jack’s. There is ample parking; just look for the signs. West River Farmers Market

The West River Farmers Market is buzzing on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the junction of Routes 100 and 11 in Londonderry. Come visit and pick up some fresh greens from Deep Meadow Farm, sweet strawberries from Clearbrook Farm, bright radishes from Firebelly Farm or heirloom tomatoes from Old Athens Farm. Ephraim Mountain Farm has fresh sausages, beef and eggs. Treat yourself or someone you love to a unique piece of art or jewelry from one of their artisan vendors or sip a sweet lemonade in the shade by the West River.

Dorset Farmers Market

At the Dorset Farmers Market, 50 area producers offer freshly picked vegetables and fruits, home-baked breads and pastries, artisan cheeses and wines, grass-fed meat and poultry, free-range eggs, specialty goods, prepared foods, crafts, and live, local music, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine, at H.N.
