Folk musicians Patti Casey and Susannah Blachly will perform Americana and New England-tinged acoustic music at Bennington’s Meetinghouse Café, Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 108 School Street, on Friday, May 16, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 or $10 for students. A Vermont native, Casey is a member of Woods Tea Company and  a fixture on the northeastern US folk scene. She has recorded four solo albums and has appeared live on A Prairie Home Companion. Fiddler Blachly has performed with numerous bands over the years (currently, Two Shoes Off) at venues including the Champlain Valley Folk Festival, the New World Festival and Valley Stage Festival. She has released four CDs of all original material and twice ranked on the Top Ten Best Vermont CDs of the Year in the arts weekly Seven Days.
