Fun at the Green Mountain Fair
The Green Mountain Fair returns to Dorr Farm in Manchester, August 1 to 5, in support of LEAD (Law Enforcement Against Drugs). Parking and admission are free each day. The event opens on Wednesday, August 1, at 5 p.m., with pay-one-price rides for $20 (individual ride tickets will also be available) and entertainment with Ryan Fuller Music at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 2, will feature live music with Luminous Crush featuring Paul Caroccio at 6 p.m. Friday’s musical act on August 3 is the Wolf Holler Band at 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, the Fair opens at 3 p.m. with $15 pay-one-price rides until 6 p.m. Saturday will feature the Juile Shea Band from 4-7 and Linda Griffith and Doublecross at 7 p.m. The Manchester Fire Department will be displaying their DART Helicopter at 5:30. On Sunday, there will be a K9 Unit demonstration with the Vermont State Police at 3 p.m. For more information, call 609-468-3215.
