Rupert Kittay Golf Tournament
Win $15,000 with a hole-in-one at the Rupert Kittay Library’s 13th annual Golf Tournament on Sunday, June 3, at the Lake Saint Catherine Country Club. The entry fee of $75 per person includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart and meal. There will also be a gift certificate for a free golf club, team and individual prizes and a Tee-Cup Auction. In addition, a hole-in-one at pre-selected holes will win you a valuable prize, one being $15,000! Golf Tournament to Benefit VNA
On Monday, June 4, Table 24 Restaurant in downtown Rutland will host their tenth anniversary Charity Golf Tournament at the Rutland Country Club. Proceeds will benefit the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Southwest Region. Past beneficiaries have included the Rutland County Humane Society, Rutland County Parent Child Center, the Carly Ferro Purple Angel Foundation, Project Vision and the Foley Cancer Center. The five-person, scramble format tournament begins with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The event will also include a raffle and silent auction; donations for these will be gratefully accepted. ‘No Limits’ Golf Tournament
The Bart J Ruggiere Adaptive Sports Center is hosting their eighth annual ‘No Limits’ Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 9. The tournament is a scramble format with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. at the Manchester Country Club. The entry fee of $125/individual or $500/foursome includes green fee, cart and dinner. Pre-registration is required. Day of event check-in begins at 11 a.m. New this year, golf pros at the Manchester Country Club will be offering short clinics before the start of the tournament (also included in your entry fee). Funds directly benefit the mission of the Bart Adaptive Center whose mission is to provide people with disabilities and their families the opportunity to enjoy outdoor sports with a special focus on snow sports.
