Hills Alive! Festival
Five weeks of stage productions, concerts, play readings, films and lectures begin on Friday, June 27, for the Hills Alive! Festival of Performing Arts. More than 100 events are planned on stage and under the stars will run through August 2, from Bennington north to Manchester and east to Weston and Stratton. Attend the world premiere of ‘Analog and Vinyl,’ a new musical by Paul Gordon at the Weston Playhouse; concerts celebrating the 40th anniversary season of Manchester Music Festival; and melodies by Straus, Delibes and Gershwin at ‘Let’s Dance’ with the Vermont Symphony Orchestra.
A new outdoor ticket information booth on the patio of Spiral Scoops on Bonnet Street in Manchester, Vt. opens June 27, where patrons will receive $5 off the ticket price.
