Hollyday Craft Fair
The eighth annual Mount Hollyday Craft Fair takes place on Saturday, December 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Many new vendors are joining us this year, offering one-of-a-kind treasures for everyone on your list: shaped wreaths, wooden signs, ornaments; jewelry, lavender pillows, scented soaps and nut-free body butter; maple syrup, candies, chocolate, croissants, pickles, jams and jellies; Christmas cookies and much more.
Ludlow Streetscapes will be there ready to gift wrap your purchases with rustic charm and finesse. The PTSA will be providing homemade soup and sandwiches, coffee and baked yummies, and there will be a Tea Cup Auction. The Student Council has quite a selection of popular rubber-band jewelry. Sixth graders worked with the first graders to make pet beds and catnip toys, with proceeds to be donated to the Humane Society, and with PreK students to decorate pockets for re-usable shopping bags, with proceeds to go towards helping needy local famiies. Proceeds from the Kindergarten’s fragrant cinnamon ornaments and adorable gift tags will also be donated to those in need, too. For youngsters up to and including eighth graders who come to the fair, some vendors will have special pricing on selected items. To take advantage of this opportunity, young shoppers need to stop inside the gym at the first booth on the left to obtain their Shopping Pass for special deals. Don’t miss this event at the Mount Holly Elementary School.
