Local Business Owner Likes to Keep it Fresh
Ellen Adams, owner of Zippy Chicks recently attended workshops, networking sessions and a resale trade show during the Association of Resale Professionals 27th annual conference in Washington, DC. The conference is the resale industry’s most comprehensive educational event of the year.
“We have an ongoing commitment at Zippy Chicks to continue our resale education and stay at the top of our profession,” says Adams. “I left the meeting in with renewed energy, invaluable contacts and a multitude of fresh ideas to help us provide exceptional service and quality merchandising to our customers.”
Zippy Chicks is a women’s consignment shop that just recently celebrated their third year in business. Since their debut, the store has grown to include an impressive 1500 consignors – and counting. New items are received daily so the merchandise is always fresh. No appointments are necessary for consignors.
Adams and her staff know what their customers are searching for and often style customers in the latest looks. Zippy Chicks is also committed to giving back to the community, working with charities such as Heartworks of Vermont and the Race for the Cure, as well as churches, schools and synagogues. The store is located at 5081 Main Street in Manchester, Vt. For further information, call 802-367-1064 or visit zippychicks.com.
