Meditation for Everyone
Meditation is a way for the mind to begin to know itself. This knowing moves us towards freedom, self-acceptance, kindness and compassion. Our hearts become more open. We move towards happiness. Please join us on Tuesday evenings, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Bennington Free Library. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome. Chairs are available; if you wish to sit on a cushion, please bring one. These sessions will be facilitated by Randy Anselmo, Maggie Bernstein, John Hearst, Natasha Judson, Eve Pearce and Jane Schaeffer. A $1 contribution is requested, if possible.
