Green Mountain Academy offers a cooking class at Dorset’s Mio Bistro on Monday, October 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. with Mediterranean-Inspired Cuisine.
Chef Leo Ledoux, chef and owner of Mio Bistro, will inspire us with an international twist on seafood and fresh seasonal ingredients. There will be wild mushroom risotto for starters, seafood crepes topped with a French béchamel sauce, and apple strudel for dessert. A seated dinner with wine will follow the cooking instruction.
