Mt. Laurel Foundation to Hold Seminar on Special Needs Family Planning
On Thursday, October 13, the Mount Laurel Foundation will be holding a seminar on special needs family planning led by Waitsfield attorney Jim Caffry. The Mount Laurel Foundation, a nonprofit charitable foundation serving developmentally disabled children and young adults in southern Vermont, has periodically sponsored these seminars in the past to help families meet the daunting challenges that they face. The focus will be on families with children and young adults with developmental disabilities and delays and those with traumatic brain injuries. Learn how to navigate the systems that offer support and preserve family assets. In addition to family members, attorneys, financial planners and mental health professionals are invited to attend the seminar, which will be held at the Manchester Community Library in Manchester from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attendance and a light luncheon for family members is free. Seating is limited, so reserve your spots early at firstname.lastname@example.org.
