Mike Dreiblatt has been the president of Stand Up to Bullying since 2001. A resident of Manchester Center, he is a  national speaker on the subject of bully prevention. He has also developed and conducted violence prevention training in schools and summer camps and is a published author. A former classroom teacher, Mike will begin a year-long principal internship at the Upper Valley Educators Institute in Lebanon, N.H. Dreiblatt’s goal is to create a school environment with meaning and connection. “I want to lead a school that is safe, healthy and intellectually stimulating. Students should feel respected and connected with the staff and be engaged in their own learning,” he said. Mike will intern at Stamford Elementary School under the guidance of the school’s  principal, Gregory Betti. He is concurrently enrolled in the Upper Valley Graduate School of Education, where he is a candidate for a Masters of Education in School Leadership.
