New Thought Vermont to Explore Emotions & Spirituality

New Thought Vermont offers a pubic presentation, ‘Emotions and the Spiritual Life,’ with Jane Kopp, Ph.D., Thursday, May 16, from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m. Doors to the event at the Village Green Gallery in Weston will open at 2. Conversation with light refreshments will follow. There is a suggested donation of $15 at the door. Even our ordinary day-to-day interactions can give rise to surprisingly powerful emotions – anger, resentment and hurt, to mention only a few. Can we help what we feel? Explore strategies from various spiritual and psychological traditions for the constructive transformation of specific, problematic emotions. Kopp is dedicated to the study and teaching of spiritual psychology. She has been director of the Brooks Center for Spirituality in Denver, Colorado since 1998, and is the founder of Advaita Vedanta Denver.
