Shoppe Off Broadway Celebrates a Decade of Giving

These volunteers are celebrating 10 years at the Shoppe Off Broadway.

The Shoppe Off Broadway thrift store in Salem, N.Y. is celebrating 10 years of success in its mission of serving the community, contributing $95,000 to fund programs like Lunch, Learn and Play, a summer enrichment program offered by the Courthouse Community Center, as well as many  others. Over the years, the Shoppe Off Broadway has provided monetary support and donated items to area fire victims and the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Staffed by hard-working volunteers who contributed a total of 2672 hours in 2013, the Shoppe has been busy planning its 10th anniversary celebration.

The Shoppe will offer a free raffle of ten special items to their visitors, who will be invited enter their name in the raffle. The ten winning names will be drawn on Saturday, June 7.

From Wednesday, June 4 through Saturday, June 7, there will be refreshments and special surprises offered. The Shoppe is located to the right of the Courthouse Community Center.
