Stratton Mountain to Hold Golf Outing to Fund Ski & Safety Patrol

The Stratton Mountain Ski and Safety Patrol will be holding its first annual Golf Tournament and dinner as a fundraiser to buy new equipment and provide training for our Patrol Candidates and for the Junior Patrol Program.

The Patrol is a 501c3 organization and all company sponsors and company donations are tax deductible and will be used strictly for the Stratton Mountain Ski Patrol Fund.

The Outing will be held at the Stratton Golf Club on Friday, October 2, beginning with a shotgun start at 12 noon. The Outing is a scramble and will include awards for low net score, low gross score, the longest drive and closest to the pin. There will also be a silent auction, a live auction and a raffle at the dinner. We would like to have individuals and teams sign up for the outing and we also welcome everyone to join us for dinner ($40), and the awards. Individuals can sign up for $150 and a Team for $600, which includes the dinner, awards and a tee package. We are actively looking for and gladly accepting any and all donations, and sponsorship opportunities are available; call if you are interested. We expect to have some very interesting items in the auctions and the raffle, including golf and ski gear as well as gift certificates for dinner at area restaurants. For additional information or to register, call Jon Hennessey at 802-824-3967 or email jmh13@comcast.net.
