Londonderry

Flood Brook Union School at 91 Route 11 in Londonderry will hold its annual Holiday Bazaar  on Friday, December 2, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Capture the holiday spirit and get a jump start to this gift-giving season. There will be a kids’ craft in Santa’s workshop, a fanciful gingerbread contest and homemade treats. Santa visits too, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Shop for arts, crafts and local Vermont products. Santa’s elves have been working hard; be sure to bid on what they delivered to the Silent Auction, and stuff those stockings from winning the 50/50  Raffle. All proceeds benefit the Student Activities Cooperative, which helps to pay for educational activities and student field trips.

Pawlet

The ninth annual Holiday Market to Benefit the Pawlet Public Library will offer handmade arts and crafts, local artisan food, ornaments, wreaths, LuLaRoe clothing and much more! It takes place at the Pawlet Public Library, located at 141 School Street in Pawlet on Saturday, December 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Shaftsbury

Shaftsbury United Methodist Church is holding a Holiday Bazaar and Silent Auction on Saturday, December 3, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The church is located at 127 Church Street in Shaftsbury.

Saint Patrick’s Church on Main Street/Route 7 in Wallingford is hosting their annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Featured will be craft items, homemade baked goodies and baked beans, a Chinese auction and a silent auction of themed baskets that includes tickets to Weston Playhouse and the Paramount Theatre, heating oil and gift certificates to local businesses. Come shop for unique gift items and enjoy lunch.

The Ladies Aid Society of the First Congregational Church of Wallingford will also be holding their annual Holiday Bazaar on the same day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering local crafters, food, holiday greens, a raffle, light lunch and more.

Arlington

Burdett Commons is holding its annual Holiday Food and Craft Fair at Fisher Elementary School in Arlington on Saturday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 802-375-6515 for details.

A sale of holiday centerpieces, homemade delicacies and baked goods will be held by the Arlington Garden Club from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Arlington Community House on Saturday, December 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Lion’s Club is also holding its town tree lighting that day, making for an event for the entire community event with luminaries, hot chocolate, caroling and maybe even a visit from Santa. All are ages invited.

Pownal

The Pownal Valley Fair Bazaar will be held on Saturday, December 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at American Legion Post 90, Route 7, Pownal. The event will feature a Chinese auction, tag sale items, bake sale and vendors with craft items, and jewelry, perfect for gift giving. There will also be children’s games and activities. Santa will arrive at 12 noon and will be available for photos until 2 p.m. The American Legion Auxiliary will be offering soup, sandwiches, hot dogs and beverages from11:30 to 1:30. Proceeds go towards the Pownal Valley Fair Fireworks in July.

West Pawlet

The West Pawlet Fire Department Ladies’ Auxiliary will hold its annual Holiday Market at the West Pawlet Fire House, 2806 Route 153/Main Street on Saturday, December 3, from 9 am to 3 pm. Arrive early for the baked goods – they disappear quickly. Coffee and donuts will be available early; lunch will be served from 11 a.m. until closing. Santa will arrive at 12:30 p.m. Raffles include a 50/50 drawing, a complete ham dinner and a table filled with attractive baskets. Rutland

The Rutland County Farmers’ Market Christmas Fair will be held on Friday, December 2, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the College of Saint Joseph, 71 Clement Road, Rutland. Over 60 crafters will be attending to offer lots of great holiday gifts. Lunch will also be available.

Middletown Springs

The seventh annual Christmas ‘Free Indeed’ Non-Sale is Saturday, December 3, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Middletown Springs Community Church. This giant free indoor tag sale offers free, good quality clothing, decorations, gifts, toys, craft materials and household items. (No dealers please). For information, call 802-235-2434.
