Weston Playhouse Theatre Company lights up the height of the summer with a new annual celebration of an artist of national importance. This year they honor actor Christopher Lloyd with a star-studded evening of special guests: Judd Hirsch, Samuel Lloyd, Jr, and more. The evening will feature captivating live entertainment from the 2016 Weston Company, as well as live and video tributes and film clips. Following the event, there is an exciting opportunity for a private dinner with Lloyd and special guests.

Christopher Lloyd’s theatre career began  in 1964 on the Weston Playhouse stage with ‘A Shot in the Dark.’ He went on to perform in over 200 plays on and off Broadway, as well as continuing to star in roles at Weston, such as ‘Sherlock Holmes’ and most recently, ‘Death of a Salesman.’ His film career has included roles in ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit,’ ‘Clue,’ ‘The Addams Family,’ and most famously, as the iconic Doc Brown in the ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy.

The Weston Playhouse Theatre Company, celebrating its 80th anniversary season, is preparing to break ground on a new, flexible second stage that will allow them to expand their
production season and provide a year-round home for community activities and national programs encouraging incubation, innovation and inspiration.
