Winter Ecology Snowshoe/Hike

Explore Savoy State Forest and the Hoosac Range, one of the highest elevations in MA, in winter on snowshoes (or hike if no snow) with naturalist Aimee Gelinas M.Ed on Sunday, January 12, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Learn about winter ecology, evergreen trees and animal tracks. Participants should wear warm, layered clothing, waterproof boots and nylon pants; bring snowshoes if needed. Discounted snowshoe rentals are available. In the event of no snow, this will be a hike.
