Yale Whiffenpoofs to Perform at Stratton Mountain School
Stratton Mountain School’s Patti Kaltsas Center is hosting the Yale Whiffenpoofs for an evening of a cappella music on Wednesday, October 12, at 6:30 p.m. Every year, 14 senior Yale men are selected to be in the Whiffenpoofs, the world’s oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group. Founded in 1909, they began as a quartet that met for weekly concerts at Mory’s Temple Bar, the famous Yale tavern. Today, the group has become one of Yale’s most celebrated traditions.Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children/students, and are available at strattonmountainschool.brownpapertickets.com.
