A bird walk, sponsored by Berkshire Sanctuaries, will take place on Friday, September 6, 8 to 10 at Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary, to look for migrants especially the beautiful wood-warblers. Instructor and volunteer Noreen Mole, Hoffmann Bird Club Past President, will lead the walk past wetlands and meadows and through woodlands. The walk, targeted towards adults, is free for members of Berkshire Sanctuaries. The cost for non-members is $3. Beginners are welcome; be sure to bring binoculars. Meet at the Canoe Meadows parking lot on Holmes Road in Pittsfield, Mass.
