Cold Water Streams and Small Fish
Canoe Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary in Pittsfield, MA is focusing on ‘Small Fish and Invertebrates’ on Saturday, September 28, 12:30 to 2, in a program led by Gayle Tardif-Raser.
We will learn about fish and cold water streams; participants will catch and release small fish in Sackett Brook. There will also be discussion of cold water streams and their value to fish, reptiles, amphibians and macro-invertebrates. This program is appropriate for families with children age 5 and up. Meet at the public parking area off Holmes Road. Free to members and nonmembers.
