Davis Wraps Up Rookie Season with Successful Run

Timothy Davis II, a 15-year-old from North Bennington and son of Tim and Aimee Davis, won his third feature stock car event on the final Friday night of the 2013 campaign. Davis, a 602 Crate Sportsman competitor, is a regular at both the Lebanon Valley Speedway and the Albany-Saratoga Speedway. He won track championships at the Balston Spa Kart Trak and the Lebanon Valley Kart Speedway in the 2012 Junior Two Pro class before moving on to full-sized cars. Davis’ PMC car was competetive right from the start, and finished the season with three wins, nine Top Fives, and 14 Top Tens.

Davis will be presented with an award by the NYS Stock Car Association on January 25, for Outstanding Performance, Sportsman Division, Albany-Saratoga Speedway. The 7T Racing Team is sponsored by Mahar Monuments, Latif Plumbing-Heating, Matt Morse Excavating and TNT Transportation.
