Foundation Church will be hosting a gigantic community Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 20, at 4 p.m. at the Poultney Elementary School. Bring the family and join us for games, refreshments and lots of fun!
Arlington Egg Hunt
Arlington’s third annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 19, at 1 p.m., at the Arlington Recreation Park. Children ages two to ten are asked to meet at the Lion’s Pavilion to enjoy the fun. This free event is sponsored by Arlington Community Church. Hebron Egg Hunt
Hundreds of candy-filled eggs will be hidden for a free Easter Egg Hunt at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, at the West Hebron United Presbyterian Church, 3153 Country Route 30 in West Hebron, N.Y. Children two to ten years old are invited to join the fun, rain or shine. They will be divided into age groups, and everyone will meet the Easter Bunny. East Arlington Egg Hunt
Children ages one to seven are invited to come to the Federated Church of East Arlington at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, to meet the Easter bunny and enjoy an egg hunt with prizes and snacks. Bring your own basket. For more information, call 802-375-2548.
Giant Easter Egg Raffle
Moms at the First Congregational Church of Manchester have created four beautiful, extra-large Easter eggs, 18 to 20 inches tall, and filled them with Easter toys, candy, a children’s DVD and more, to raffle off. Proceeds will benefit children’s youth programs at the Church. The raffle tickets are $4 each or three for $10, and may be purchased at the First Congregational Church Office in Manchester, Vt. Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Three tickets will be pulled on Saturday, April 19, with the fourth and final one pulled at the Church on Easter Sunday morning, 10 a.m. until 12 noon. You do not need to be present in order to win.
Manchester Egg Hunt
Come and enjoy a fun filled morning with the Parks and Recreation Crew as you search for over 2,000 eggs filled with candy. Children ages 10 and under, bring your parents and a basket and see how many eggs you can find, beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 19, at the Dana Thompson Memorial Park House in Manchester. Vt. Rutland Egg Hunt
The College of Saint Joseph, 71 Clement Road in Rutland, Vt. will host a community egg hunt from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 19. Children of all ages (with adult supervision) are welcome to come and enjoy the hunt. There will be around 2,000 candy-filled eggs hidden in the campus athletic center.
