Grafton State Park Offers Summer Yoga on the Beach

Yoga on the Beach at Grafton Lakes State Park continues on Saturdays through August 29. Stretch and relax under the summer sun from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. with Jules Harrell, yoga teacher and outdoor enthusiast. Bring a large towel or yoga mat and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in on the north end of the beach, a walk of a few minutes from the parking lot. Classes are $12 and are drop-in only, so pre-registration is not required. Harrell teaches a gentle, Kripalu-inspired Yoga that is safe for beginners. She encourages people of all levels to participate; children are welcome at the parent’s discretion.

All students must sign in at gate upon entering. Weather may cancel, so please confirm the class is taking place by texting Jules at 518-265-2808 or emailing [email protected]
