Learn and Eat an Italian Feast
Green Mountain Academy for Lifelong Learning presents ‘An Italian Feast’ at Al Ducci’s Italian Pantry in Manchester, Vt. Delight your senses and learn how to make fresh mozzarella, a mouth-watering antipasto, Al’s famous fresh tomato tart, arugula salad and manicotti made the traditional way using handmade crepes. Dessert will be an Espresso Panna Cotta. A seated dinner with wine in the Trattoria will follow the cooking demonstration.
