Londonderry Nutrition Lectures
Beginning on Tuesday, November 4, and continuing every Tuesday throughout the month, nutritional consultant Gail Acosta will discuss popular nutritional lifestyles in hour-long lectures at the Meeting Place at Neighborhood Connections, located in the Mountain Marketplace in Londonderry, Vt.
On November 4, learn to ‘Eat Like a Caveman.’ The much-talked-about Paleo diet is centered on pasture-raised meat, eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables and nuts.
November 11, learn to ‘Eat Like Your Grandma.’ This sensible regimen means not eating anything your ancestors would not recognize as ‘real’ food. November 18, Gail will discuss the ‘Eat Right for Your Blood Type’ diet developed by naturopath Peter D’Adamo. The final lecture on November 25 will explore the benefits of ‘Eating Gluten Free.’
