Miller Museum Expands Hours
The Louis Miller Museum is open on the second Saturday of each month this summer. The Hoosick Township Historical Society, housed in the Museum at 166 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, N.Y., is filled with military uniforms, photographs, weapons, farm and home implements and more. Victorian dresses and hats, paintings, an actual Victorian parlor, and lots of Walter A. Wood, Eberle Brothers, Harriet Hoctor and Grandma Moses memorabilia are there, too. In the Children’s Room are antique and classic toys and insect collections. Explore historic Hoosick through the old photographs and maps that you’ll find there. You can walk through on your own or get a guided tour for free.
