Raw Foods Workshop
Lynne Andreen, a certified raw food chef and cookbook author will present ‘Living on Live Raw Food’ at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, in the Demo Kitchen at Brook Valley Appliance in Manchester Center. Join Lynne for a refreshing break from cooking and learn how to process raw foods into tantalizing entrees. Enjoy a demo followed by lunch. Learn the health benefits of eating raw foods including weight loss and disease prevention. Proceeds from this program will go to support the Stratton Foundation.
