Renewal Day to Benefit Women for Women International
Here comes the annual Vermont Yoga Women’s Renewal Day to benefit Women For Women International, on Sunday September 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the rk Miles’ studio, Routes 11 and 30, Manchester, Vt. Local women and friends from away are invited to this fun event. Our theme this year is ‘Happy Go Lucky,’ the meditation is for surrendering misfortune and fear, the luncheon is scrumptious potluck vegetarian. Happy minds steer us to lucky: good fortune and real prosperity, radiant health, good friends and relationships, and all goodness from you getting where it needs to go. We are all meant to enjoy our lives. Here’s a chance to get back on track.
After a beautiful day of yoga, meditation, good deeds, yummy food, dancing and deep relaxation, you will return home with community collective energy, a content body, a happier mind, and a tailwind to your lucky lifestyle. While experiencing ways to be happy go lucky, you will actually be making a better world, one woman at a time. Not into yoga or dancing? Just rest awhile.
WFWI works directly with marginalized women in eight countries affected by war and conflict – offering support, tools, education and access to life-changing skills to move from crisis and poverty to stability and economic self-sufficiency.
Since 2010, we have saved the lives of nine women around the world, and we’ll be making real peace on earth while refreshing, inspiring and pampering ourselves. You can visit
womenforwomen.org for more information. A suggested donation of $60 or whatever you are comfortable giving is requested. To register, email Pauline Gardner at [email protected], or text/call 802-345-7132.
