Vermont Farmers Market Craft Fairs
The Vermont Farmers Market will be holding its annual Holiday Craft Fairs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, and Saturday, December 13, at the Holiday Inn on Route 7 in Rutland, Vt. As always, it is free admission. Over 60 vendors will offer all sorts of locally-made gift items, including jewelry, scarves, hats, wraps, felted and woolen items; children’s clothing and doll clothing; decorated glass, ornaments, wreaths and decorative items; wood furniture and kitchen items; maple products, candles and pottery; hot foods, baked goods, apples, cider and other produce, jams, pickles, bbq sauces, salsas, marinades, candy and confections, gourmet popcorn and whiskey; sewn and knitted items, braided rugs, painted slates, framed photography, slippers, painted gourds, metal work, leather items, soaps and much more.
The VFM Winter Rutland Farmers Market will also be running on West Street in Rutland, with an additional 80 vendors. The Winter Rutland Farmers Market runs weekly on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Wednesdays from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Vermont Farmers Food Center, November through April.
